This film school project played with light and camera focus, set to Focus by H.E.R..
I'm fascinated by the look and impact of light, particularly when diffracted through a prism to create beautiful rainbow effects. This film school project asked us to plan out and execute a design concept, and I enthusiastically seized the opportunity to play with lighting as I created new shapes and designs using prisms I already owned (many of them purchased in the first 6 months of lockdown - both an irrational purchase, and 100% worth it).
One day, I'd love to turn this into a jewelry commercial!
All prism effects were done in-camera (Canon C-100 Mk II).
